Rina as a Dragon

For my b-day Dwarf gave me a book on how to draw dragons and the first thing that shoots into my head is ‘how would Reese and Rina look like as dragons?’ So we agreed to try and draw them. Here’s a Rina dragon! It took me ages to get her design right and I re-drew the initial sketch and even scrapped finished lineart before I settled on this design;
Rina, as a dragon, would be rather small-ish (for a dragon) as well as have a snake-ish body. This allows her to be fast and flexible, something she’d need in order to follow others around or get through obstacles or get into hard to reach places. Her body type is perfect for her curious nature. Her wings also double as hands and the opposable thumbs give her the ability to pick things up if needed… among other advantages. I didn’t give her the front arms instead, because I thought it’d make her heavier and a bit bulkier, but Rina’s all about speed and flexibility, so this suited her needs the best. Her main color scheme is that of her body while the yellow represents the coat she wears. I gave her a bit of fluff on the top of her neck and tip of tail because the fluff of her coat is on the neck line/hood line and the bottom line.
I had a lot of trouble coloring her in properly, but hopefully she looks ok now. Anyway… yeah! A cutie Rina dragon that can most likely get into yo shit and steal yo stoofs c: enjoy~
